Payment Methods: We accept ACH, Wire Transfers, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Discover.
Shipping Methods: We ship parcel service - UPS, FedEx, USPS - and LTL Freight via national carriers such as AAA Cooper, R&L Carriers, etc. All merchandise is sold F.O.B. from our warehouse or drop ship origin. Orders are shipped only on weekdays - Monday to Friday - during business hours, excluding major holidays.
Free Shipping: Most orders $250+ qualify for Free Shipping*. The shipping method varies based on the size, weight and delivery address. Orders shipped with the Free Shipping promotion may be subject to a restocking fee equal to the outbound shipping cost if the product is returned.
*Exclusions include products that require LTL/FTL Freight. Any order shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or internationally does not qualify for the Free Shipping promotion.
Damaged Shipments
We try our hardest to safely package every order but a small percentage of shipments experience damage in transit. Please inspect all products upon receipt and contact Coral Reef Medical Supply immediately with any concerns. Document the damage and set aside the product and shipping material in case the carrier requires an inspection. Failure to document the damage or notify us in a timely manner can delay or waive any resolution to the issue.
Pricing and Availability
All prices are subject to change. Product availability fluctuates throughout the day. We sell parts and components in our brick and mortar location, online and they are used in our on-site repair department. Warranty
Each manufacturer and product has a warranty through the manufacturer. If you have a product that is not working correctly please submit a warranty evaluation form to hello@coralreefmedicalsupply.com. Please include any supporting evidence including pictures and videos to expedite the process. Our team will evaluate your submission and respond within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday-Friday). The decision to warranty the product is solely the decision of the manufacturer. Any costs including shipping are not covered by the manufacturer or Coral Reef Medical Supply. Coral Reef Medical Supply will fight on your behalf for a favorable decision.
Standard Processing time is 3-4 weeks for warranty claims to be reviewed and approved or denied by the manufacturer (this clock starts after our team has reviewed your completed warranty evaluation form).
- Products deemed defective by the manufacturer will be replaced/repaired at no cost to the customer. Refunds are not available - this includes any shipping costs associated with the initial purchase or sending the product in for evaluation. The customer is responsible for the shipping/freight charges when sending back products for warranty evaluation and if/when the product is returned to the customer after evaluation.
- The manufacturer of the product is the sole decision maker if the warranty is covered or not. We will fight for you but, unfortunately, the decision is not up to Coral Reef Medical Supply.
- We understand this process can take time and will do our best to expedite all steps with the manufacturer. We are not able to circumvent the Warranty evaluation and must abide by the proper factory process. By purchasing from Coral Reef Medical Supply you agree to the warranty evaluation process set forth in our policies.

Returns
What is the return/refund process?
Before returning any product you must have prior authorization from our returns department. The products we sell are of personal nature and in most cases cannot be returned due to safety and legal reasons. If your order is eligible for return our team will provide you an RMA# to identify your return and provide the address to ship to. We will evaluate your submission and respond within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday-Friday). Please contact hello@coralreefmedicalsupply.com with any questions.
Important Information for Returning Products
- Returns are subject to a 20% restock fee
- If the product is used or removed from the original packaging it is not eligible for return - NO EXCEPTIONS
- Coral Reef Medical Supply will only authorize returns for up to 30 days from invoice date. Products over 30 days from invoice date are ineligible for return
- Coral Reef Medical Supply reserves the right to deduct the cost of any free shipping promotion on a returned product
- The shipping cost to return the product is solely the responsibility of the customer
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned - custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and obsolete / going out of production items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
International Shipping
Coral Reef Medical Supply has experience shipping to over 100 countries over the past decade. We can assist with small packages shipping UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc as well as freight shipments up to full containers. Duties and taxes are paid by the customer upon delivery to the destination. The amount of applicable duties and taxes will vary by product and are set by the destination country. International shipping fees and duties calculated by carriers such as UPS are based on a number of factors and vary by destination. Please be aware customs clearance can delay the arrival of your shipment beyond the expected delivery date.
Tax Exempt
I am tax exempt. How can I send in my certificate?
Due to laws and regulations outside of our control, Coral Reef Medical Supply charges tax in the majority of states in the USA. If you are tax exempt, please create an account on our website and email a copy of your exemption form to hello@coralreefmedicalsupply.com. We will process your request as quickly as possible and inform you when your account is setup for tax free purchases.
Product Availability
We do our best to keep the most common medical supply products in stock based on past sales history and current industry trends. Our inventory is used for repairs, sold in our brick and mortar storefront and purchased through phone, email or directly online to be shipped out. Due to the number of ways we sell our product and our repair facility usage we are unable to accurately show stock levels on our website.
