Application/Instructions: 1. Place heel on hole. 2. Fasten arch strap. 3. Fasten ankle strap. 4. Cross long straps., 1. Align opening over kneecap. 2. Fasten bottom section behind knee. 3. Fasten top section behind knee. 4. Secure top and bottom tension straps.
