Returns

What is the return/refund process?

Before returning any product you must have prior authorization from our returns department. The products we sell are of personal nature and in most cases cannot be returned due to safety and legal reasons. If your order is eligible for return our team will provide you an RMA# to identify your return and provide the address to ship to. We will evaluate your submission and respond within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday-Friday). Please contact hello@coralreefmedicalsupply.com with any questions.

Important Information for Returning Products

  • Returns are subject to a 20% restock fee
  • If the product is used or removed from the original packaging it is not eligible for return - NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Coral Reef Medical Supply will only authorize returns for up to 30 days from invoice date. Products over 30 days from invoice date are ineligible for return
  • Coral Reef Medical Supply reserves the right to deduct the cost of any free shipping promotion on a returned product
  • The shipping cost to return the product is solely the responsibility of the customer

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned - custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and obsolete / going out of production items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
